- Seeking accommodations at university or in the workplace

- Other approaches such as ADHD coaching for people with ADHD;
- CBT based approaches including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Schema Therapy
- Treatment of co-occurring disorders
Tamara is also a PsyBA approved supervisor and provides supervision to psychologists.
